Rams Drop Game 2; Get 2nd Chance to Clinch

They got the seed they wanted, but didn’t get it to grow any Sunday night as the Rams dropped game two of the three game series 5-2. The Zebras came out buzzing in the first, glad to get a chance to be back at 0-0 after the Rams 6-3 game 1 victory. The Rams held their end strong in the first 10 minutes or so but the Zebras struck first and never looked back, scoring 3 by the end of 1. Shoup made it 3-1 in the second after beating everybody twice, but the Rams didn’t, capitalize on the momentum. Goatsbro got the rams to 4-2 and the tide seemed to change. The Rams powerplay was clicking but couldn’t fire – at least on net.
With a two case performance in the fourth, the Rams didn’t seem too worried. after all, game three is Thursday night at 9.
who’s in it to win it?
