Melt Ice Move Faster

Gretzky plugs electric hockey skates

I actually believe the opposite for our teams, our fat asses would just sink into the ice. We would end up standing on the cement undersurface.

We would have to throw Yashin a life raft….or at least one last chicken wing

those skates are banned at Winterpit, and please throw your bottles in the dumpster on the way out. I’m talking to you Goat.

Sounds like a scam to me. Friction between the blades and the ice already causes a thin film of water to make you go (the physics of skating). Heating the blades could cause an excessive amount of water which could actually cause drag.
WSC Consumer Reports says don’t buy! But we do have some tasty un-heated skates in the shop!
