Goal Bender

Kevin Bender and the rest of the Rams went on a goal scoring barrage against the Brewers Sunday afternoon routing Swayback Mountain and company 13-1.
Bender scored a hat trick and Denny pumped in seven points as the Rams came out and decisively dealt with the B League’s Brewers. Denny, who’s goal is to catch Chris in points by the end of the season took a big step towards that with two goals and five assists.
The Brewers were basically offensiveless except for one lackadaisical play at the end of the first period. But Kevin was more than OK with the goal against after he got his second assist of the season, tying Dave Kratzer in the scoring list.
The game also saw the return of Carter whose slapshot didn’t seem to have missed a beat. Next game is in two Sundays against the Bandits.

Did the pens win? How was the 4th period? Did Andrea beat up his liver for a second day? We all want to know.

Why does hockey seem more enjoyable in the spring? Or is it the alcohol in the parking lot?
