Back in 1987

I remember reading about this brawl between the USSR and Canada at the World Junior Championships. It was quite the spectacle with lots of hand wringing by Canadian columnists. Both teams were thrown out of the tournament. The video of the bench clearing brawl lasts 5 minutes. Surprisingly it seems Theo Fleury was in the middle of it. Lots of other notable Canadians were in the game as well. You’ll recognize some of the Russian names as well.
Enjoy!

Remember, international games count up. So just 59 seconds to play.

Oh gotcha. Yeah I noticed that. Yards had a Bruce look-alike on Tuesday night. They’re cloning him.
