Ottawa is the consistent choice as best team in the NHL but it gets all jumbled up from there. The LA Times for instance has the Flyers ranked 5th while ESPN has them 11th.
Moving furthest up the charts is the Buffalo Sabres who come in at number 3 on ESPN’s and CBS Sportsline’s rankings.
