Struggling Blues lose ninth straight game

David Vyborny scored two goals and Marc Denis stopped 24 shots to help the Columbus Blue Jackets beat St. Louis 3-1 on Wednesday night, extending the Blues’ franchise-record losing streak to nine games.

Crosby stuns Canadiens in shootout
As a kid, Sidney Crosby was in awe of the Montreal Canadiens. On Thursday, it was the other way around.
Crosby opened the scoring on a power play and closed it with a spectacular shootout goal to lift the Pittsburgh Penguins to a 3-2 victory over the visiting Canadiens in front of 16,254 fans at Mellon Arena.
LeClair back on ice in Pens’ win

John LeClair returned to Pittsburgh’s lineup last night in a 3-2 shootout win over visiting Montreal after missing three games with several broken bones in his right cheekbone.

    what? i thought leclair was in intensive care or something. what happened to all the headlines “Leclair return unknown”, “Could be the end for Leclair,” and “LeClair fakes cheek bone injury to stalk NC Cheerleaders.”
